As a specialty referral clinic we work closely with your veterinarian. Please ask your vet for a referral or let him or her know if you plan to schedule an appointment with us directly. It's helpful to have as much information as possible from your regular veterinarian regarding your pet's current medical condition, including any diagnostic information. Please let your regular veterinarian know about your pet's appointment with us, and we'll keep him or her updated on your pet's condition. We look forward to your call.

When you call to schedule your pet's initial appointment we'll ask for the following information:

• Your name and contact phone numbers
• Your pet's name
• Your regular or referring veterinarian, if available
• A description of your pet's orthopaedic, neurological or pain issue
