It is possible your pet's doctor may recommend x-rays during your visit. For this reason, we ask that you do not feed them breakfast and avoid snacks, if you have a morning appointment— water is fine up to 2 hours before the appointment. We ask that you do this because a light sedative is often needed to get diagnostic x-rays.

You can complete and submit our online New Client and Patient History Forms before your appointment, or download, print and bring the completed forms to your pet's initial appointment.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your pet's appointment. Initial consultations, drop-offs and rechecks are typically scheduled in the first half of the day, between 7:30 am and 11:30 am. If we need to do a diagnostic work-up, we try to do it the same day to avoid the necessity of a return visit for you and your pet. We'll ask you to leave your pet with us for a few hours to complete the work-up, giving you a time to return when one of our doctors will discuss the results with you. You are welcome to either leave your pet with us while we complete the work-up or relax in our waiting room.

We do our best to schedule convenient appointment and work-up times, especially for our clients who travel great distances to see us.
